Vicki Bowman
President, CMP, CED, CSEP
I have a deep love and extensive marketing and events experience in the motorcoach industry and launched VB Group to be a partner in the industry’s recovery.
With a background of more than 15 years at Motor Coach Industries, the leading manufacturer of motor coaches in the U.S., with responsibility for marketing, industry expos, and regional trade shows, I also bring more than five years of outside direct leadership experience in the events association field. Over the years, I have served on several association committees and task forces in both the public and private sectors. Joining the CBA as a Presidential Appointee, a volunteer position that assists the President in planning the organization’s annual convention in 2019, I now serve as its Executive Director. I remain vice-chair on the marketing committee for American Bus Association’s Women in Buses Council.

Alice Lemon
Vice President, Client Services
Alice’s background includes 37 years with the motor coach industry serving in roles from parts, customer service, account management, website management, marketing specialist, and onsite showrunner. Alice will be working directly with our clients and their members to ensure a high level of individual support. Alice’s previous marketing experience while working for Motor Coach Industries, along with her ability to provide an organized, integrated approach to client solutions, is invaluable to managing the technical and detailed aspects of our client business.
After working together at MCI for the past 15 years, we are pleased and proud to have Alice working under the VB Group banner.

PixelGraphics has been providing clients with quality design & dependable service since 1984. Patricia Plodzeen
Patricia Plodzeen Public Relations
Patricia Plodzeen has a proven track record of delivering solid results in public relations, media relations, and product marketing. Her specialty includes private, public, and commuter transportation. Ms. Plodzeen is happy to be partnering with VB Group to offer their clients a full menu of integrated communications services that include media relations, press releases, marketing communication, and e-newsletter content development. She has successfully launched new products, corporate identity campaigns, and proactive public relations campaigns to increase sales, raise awareness and credibility. She has also worked for the international public relations agency of Burson-Marsteller, where she served as director of media relations in the Chicago office and later as director of client services in Mexico City. She also had an 11-year career in advertising and public relations at Hartmarx Corporation, formerly Hart Schaffner & Marx, a menswear apparel manufacturer, and retailer. Ms. Plodzeen has a BA in communications from Marquette University and an MBA from The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
