Vicki Bowman

President

I have a deep passion for the motorcoach and passenger transportation industry, grounded in decades of hands-on experience across marketing, events, and industry engagement. I launched VB Group to serve as a strategic partner to motorcoach operators, industry suppliers, and associations seeking growth, visibility, and meaningful connection within the transportation community.

With more than 15 years at Motor Coach Industries, the leading U.S. manufacturer of motorcoaches, I led national marketing initiatives, industry expos, and regional trade shows. In the years since, I have worked closely with transportation associations, operators, and supplier organizations, supporting communications, events, education, and engagement initiatives across the industry.

Today, my work focuses on supporting industry suppliers and service providers as they expand their reach through thoughtful business development, relationship building, and strategic positioning—while continuing to help motorcoach operators strengthen their marketing presence and industry visibility.

I am often described as a steward of the industry, bringing long-standing, trusted relationships with operators, suppliers, and association leaders that cannot be replicated through traditional marketing alone. As a regular contributor to National Bus Trader magazine and an active participant in industry events, I remain deeply engaged in the conversations shaping the future of transportation.

Through VB Group, I provide strategic marketing guidance, event strategy, and fractional CMO and business development support designed to help transportation organizations grow in ways that are sustainable, visible, and aligned with their mission.
