Vicki Bowman
President, CMP, CED, CSEP
I have a deep passion for the motorcoach industry, backed by extensive experience in marketing and events. I launched VB Group to serve as a dedicated partner in the industry’s recovery and growth.
With over 15 years at Motor Coach Industries—the leading manufacturer of motorcoaches in the U.S.—I led marketing initiatives, industry expos, and regional trade shows. In addition, I bring more than five years of leadership experience in the events association field, further expanding my expertise.
Over the years, I have contributed to numerous association committees and task forces across both public and private sectors. I first joined the California Bus Association (CBA) as a Presidential Appointee in 2019, assisting in the planning of the annual convention. Today, I proudly serve as the association’s Executive Director. My leadership extends to serving as Chair of the Marketing Committee for the American Bus Association’s Women in Buses Council and as a member of the Marketing Committee for the United Motorcoach Association.

Alice Lemon
Vice President, Client Services
Alice’s background includes 37 years with the motor coach industry serving in roles from parts, customer service, account management, website management, marketing specialist, and onsite showrunner. Alice will be working directly with our clients and their members to ensure a high level of individual support. Alice’s previous marketing experience while working for Motor Coach Industries, along with her ability to provide an organized, integrated approach to client solutions, is invaluable to managing the technical and detailed aspects of our client business.
After working together at MCI for the past 15 years, we are pleased and proud to have Alice working under the VB Group banner.
